Static codes and hosted profiles

A static code contains the contact data in the printed pattern itself. Changing those details means generating and printing a new code. A hosted dynamic profile instead uses a link to a profile that can be edited, and depends on its hosting service.

Before printing

Scan-test the final printed card on two phones before distributing it, especially if you add a logo or change the code's size or colors.
